1.Do you offer other printers besides the listed models

To order a 3D print, just follow these simple steps:

After you reply to this notification email, the fabrication process will begin. At this point, your order is locked — no cancellation or refund will be possible.

Prepare your 3D file and upload it through our quotation form here.

Select the material and 3D printing technology. If you’re unsure, you can request a recommendation from us.

Provide your email address. All communication — including suggestions, quotation, and confirmation — will be handled via email or WhatsApp.

We will review your file and details, then send you a full quotation, including material, quantity, technology, delivery method, and expected timeline.

Once you confirm the quotation and complete the payment, we will send you a confirmation email to notify you that fabrication is ready to begin.

2.Can you customize the printing size?

A 3D file is a digital model created using 3D design software. The most common formats we accept are .STL and .OBJ, but we may also support .3MF, .AMF, .PLY, STEP, IGES, and FBX.
If you’re unsure about your file type, just contact us.

3.Can the laser head be changed to other brands or accuracy levels?

Yes, we can help create the 3D file for you — but only if you will proceed with the fabrication through us. Design is quoted separately and starts only after confirming the order for fabrication.

Here’s how we can help:

A. If you only have images or 2D drawings (e.g., floor plans, sketches, or AI/Photoshop designs):

  • Provide clear images and the required dimensions.
  • We’ll review and send a quotation for creating the 3D model.
  • Once the design is approved, we’ll proceed with printing.

B. If you have a physical object but no 3D file:
You have 3 options:

  1. Send us the actual object – we’ll quote based on size and complexity.
  2. Scan it yourself using a mobile 3D scanning app (e.g., [app name]).
  3. Let us create the 3D model for you – send clear photos and dimensions, and we’ll provide a quote for the 3D modeling.

Note: We only offer design or scanning services if the fabrication will be done with us. No confirmed fabrication = no design work.

4.What type of 3D file format does 3D printing accept?

We accept common 3D file formats including .STL, .OBJ, .WRL, .STEP (.STP), .IGES (.IGS), .3MF, .DXF, and .ZIP files containing models and textures.

The maximum file size allowed for upload is 30 MB. If your file is larger, you can send it to us via email by sharing a download link from your preferred cloud storage service.

5.When drawing 3D models, are there any limitations that I must be aware of before printing?

  1. The 3D file must be a sealed (watertight) and solid model.
  2. The minimum wall thickness should be at least 1 mm; thinner parts may not print correctly.
  3. The smallest printable size is approximately 5 x 5 x 5 mm.
  4. Maximum print size depends on the machine and material—contact us, and we’ll tell you the exact limits based on your project.
  5. If your model has parts that need to be printed separately, save and upload them as separate files.
  6. We recommend using the .STL format for best compatibility.
  7. Files must not exceed 30 MB in size.

6.What 3D printing materials and technologies do you provide?

We support all major materials—including plastics, resin, ceramics, wax, and metal—and a full range of technologies such as DLP, SLM, FDM, and SLA. Whatever your project needs, we’ve got the right solution.

7.Which material and printing technology should I choose?

Choosing the right material and technology depends on your needs, budget, and project details. Please contact us via email, WhatsApp, or Facebook, and our experts will help you choose the best options.

8.What payment methods can be used?

…………………………………………………………………………………………

9.Is there a minimum order?

The minimum order is 650 USD.

10.How can I track my order and what delivery methods do you use?

We ship all orders via UPS Express freight collect, depending on your country.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking code by email to track the delivery status.

11.How are cancelled orders and refunds handled?

Once you confirm the order by replying to our fabrication start notification email, the order is locked and cannot be cancelled or refunded as production will begin immediately.

If the order is cancelled before confirmation, a refund can be processed according to our standard refund method (details to be provided here).

12.Can you handle mass production, not just small 3D printing jobs?

Absolutely. We are more than a 3D printing shop—we are a full-scale manufacturing partner. Many clients start with prototypes or small batches, then shift to mass production, which we handle using 3D printing or traditional fabrication methods (like CNC, casting, molding, etc.). Whether it’s 10 or 10,000 pieces, we have the capacity and network to fabricate and deliver.
